113 active drivers and 23 contracts in four months

Ad volume became useful only after connecting Meta Ads, CRM, operations and sales

01

Context

A taxi and mobility company needed people who would actually start working and, in a second stream, sign rent-to-own contracts. The reporting period was four months

02

The constraint

Ads could generate thousands of inquiries, but CPL did not show unique people, activation, first trips, payments or contracts

The correct reading

Unique CRM lead to active driver conversion was 1.58%. In isolation it may look small. In context it represents 113 people working and 23 high-value contracts. The useful signal sat at the end of the funnel
